All courses,  material, contracts and websites are available in English only.

All prices on the site are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added at check out, if you think that your organisation is exempt from UK VAT please telephone our office +44 1798 861 111.

Copyright protection

All images and content of the site is copyright of The Learn Centre Limited or is suitably licenced.  Copy and reproduction of any component is not allowed save for the ability to print the information for personal use.  Redistribution of the material is not allowed without our explicit permission.


While every effort is made to ensure that the site does not contain any viruses, links to viruses and other malware, it is the responsibility of the visitor to the site to ensure that they protect their equipment, data thereon and software against any malicious attack.


Full payment is required prior to course or seminar.


We regret that we must make a charge for cancellations:

  • Less than 14 days before the course starts- 100% of course fee.
  • Between 14 and 21 days before the course starts – 50% of course fee;
  • More than 21 days before the course starts – Nil

Transfers may be made to other locations or dates for an administration fee of £75 + VAT per delegate, subject to notice at least 14 days prior to the course.  Transfers within the 14 day period will be charged at £100 plus VAT per delegate.

Cancellation policy

We intend to run all the courses listed on our sites this means that you can book your preferred course, seminar or workshop at your chosen venue knowing that it will be held except under the conditions below.

Refund policy

Subject to the online booking refund policy.  We reserve the right to alter or cancel a course due to circumstance beyond our control.

When might we cancel?

  • Circumstances beyond our control (e.g. hotel fire, local disaster, ill health of tutor, venue stipulates a minimum number which is not reached)
  • If, four weeks before the course, too fewer delegates have booked
  • Delegates have booked but not paid


For all delegates affected by a cancellation we will do one of the following:

  • Reschedule to another venue of date if it is practical and acceptable to do so
  • Make a full refund of fees paid

For online courses we regret that no refund can be made once a student has enrolled and course material has been dispatched.

Organiser’s Rights 

No audio or video recording is permitted at any time. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of all information provided, whether written or verbal, no responsibility for loss occasioned to any person acting or refraining from action as a result of any statement made can be accepted by the seminar organisers.

Changes to our terms of use

If we change our terms of use we will post the changes on this page. Continued use of the service will signify that you agree to any such changes.
