Last week, the Government published the Finance Bill 2012 which, when enacted, will give the legislative backing to announcements made in Budgets 2011 and 2012.  It is expected that the Bill will receive Royal Assent towards the end of July, at which time we will know the final format of the legislation.

This note is provided for information only and to enable some light reading!
