Just a brief message this week – Daylight Saving Time (DST) begins on 25 March 2012.  I am sure that I used to call this the start of British Summer Time (BST) when I was younger.  I did try to do some interesting research into this but got overwhelmed with acronyms such as GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), TAI (International Atomic Time) and SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder).

Therefore, I have decided to only say – ‘Spring forward, Fall back’!

Just to say a brief thank you to all of the speakers and presenters at our annual Conference last week.  I have included a brief overview below.
