The report presented to the Chancellor on 15 February 2012 also contained the recommendations for Government to:
- Make frequent use of the ‘naming and shaming’ process for NMW employers who do not comply with the legislation and pay at the appropriate rates
- Seek out publicity opportunities to ensure that the implications of non-compliance are highlighted
- Review all existing NMW guidance with the object of making the NMW ‘as simple as possible for all users’

Error in your chart you have 2011 for both columns when the new figures should be 2012.

Still saying October 2011 instead of October 2012 for the National Minimun Wage Increase.
