As always, my interest level increased when I was alerted to a new video release last week.  When I heard that the title was ‘Dump the Dummies’, my interest further increased.  Why on earth would someone recommend an online video to me about weaning a baby away from the dummy because it may encourage breathing through the mouth rather than the nose and, possibly, prevent long-term dribbling?!

When I watched it, I understood why it was recommended.  ‘Dump the Dummies’ is actually fully titled ‘Accurate Employee Information Matters – it can save time and money’.  And the subject matter?  RTI and the importance of cleaning up your employee information.

Any better video recommendations for next week please?!
