Company wide Cash Health Plan

We’re looking to enrole all our employees in a basic cash health plan, which the company will pay for.

Would this be P11D reportable benefit?

  1. Do employer pension contributions under salary sacrifice have to be paid while an employee is absent sick?
  2. I am a self-employed and work 30 weeks a year for a shopfitting company.  Am I entitled to holiday pay?
  3. An employee has left without giving notice.  Are we required to pay him for the notice period?
  4. If a person has a Certificate of Small Earnings Exception for Class 2 NICs purposes, is entitlement not to pay Class 2 NICs affected if the person also has employed earnings?
