Last month we posed the following question:

What is the oldest man-made device to break the sound barrier?

The answer is – a whip. What we call the “crack of the whip” is the end of the whip travelling so fast that it breaks the sound barrier. There. A bit of science for you.

Now for this month. What is the longest word you can form from letters on the top row of a standard typewriter keyboard? They are:

Q W E R T Y U I O P.

You can use the same letter more than once. See if you can beat the brains here in the Learn Centre.
