Guernsey: Income Tax Allowances Allowances for relief at the standard 20% rate

In November 2008, the annual Budget Report proposed increases of 5.5% to personal tax allowances for 2009 and increases a further 4% for 2010.  The 2010 increase have been confirmed as follows:

Single persons £8,700 £9,050
Single, entitled to age relief £10,300 £10,700
Married persons £17,400 £18,100
Married, one entitled to age relief £19,000 £19,750
Married, both entitled to age relief £20,600 £21,400
