HMRC PAYE Online Services – Restrictions to services

The service restrictions to HMRC’s own online PAYE services, as announced in earlier newsletters, have been confirmed as running from 22.00 on Tuesday, 21 October to 06.00 on Monday, 27 October.

Submission of PAYE in-year and Expenses and Benefits Returns using commercial software is not affected, except for a delay in issuing acknowledgements between 06.00 on Friday, 24 October and 06.00 on Monday, 27 October.

Similarly, PAYE End of Year Returns may also be submitted using commercial software but acknowledgements will be delayed between 16.00 and 20.00 on Friday, 24 October.

HMRC’s online Construction Industry Scheme services will also be restricted between 06.00 on Friday, 24 October and 06.00 on Monday, 27 October.  Submissions using commercial software are not affected except for delays in acknowledgements during that period.
